We will work with you to carefully define the scope of the project then meet with our candidates to make certain they understand your project needs and will commit to the entire process.
To facilitate hiring, whether temporary or regular full time, we may ask you to give us a fair amount of time up front. We ask a lot of questions so we have a total and complete understanding of your needs. We also pay attention to all the details. Our candidates are screened carefully and we never refer someone we have not met face-to-face. We make certain our candidates are what they say they are and verify their credentials as well as check references. In addition, we make sure there are no conflicts of interest before they begin employment in your organization.
