Mary Anderson, President. Mary has over 35 years of legal experience beginning with her first position as the legal secretary to the General Counsel of Northrup King & Co. Her interest in the legal industry continued and she became a paralegal in 1973 working for IDS American Express and Onan Corporation. With a desire to combine her legal background with business, Mary joined a small Minneapolis based legal staffing company, Templeton & Associates and in 1992 opened a San Francisco office. When that office was sold, Mary joined a large international staffing organization, Source Services Corporation, where she became Vice President of their legal staffing division. She then broadened her experience by becoming the Managing Director of the San Francisco office which, in addition to legal, specialized in finance, accounting and technical staffing. Jerry Anderson, Vice President-Operations. Jerry has over 30 years of client service experience and 10 years of legal experience. In Minneapolis, Jerry specialized in client service for the major electric utility, Northern States Power Company. Upon moving to San Francisco in 1992, he joined Templeton & Associates, a legal staffing firm, managing the office, working with temporary staff and even working as a temporary at a variety of the firm's clients.
